| Stripping |
|
Soak wallpaper with a long-handled mop or a paint-roller.
Use a garden hoe to strip off high patches of paper.
To remove stubborn patches

Wet wallpaper well, then apply a hot iron.

| Hanging |
|
To press paper flat
roll of kitchen paper
Use roll to smooth paper flat. Tear off outer layers as they
become sodden with glue.

Makes a good makeshift seam roller, but do not use on embossed
papers.

| Patching |
|
Tear the edges of a patch so it is not so noticeable, then
patch over the top.
