Masking (low adhesive tape): Use this tape around
window frames and anywhere that needs protective boundaries.
This tape is invaluable for maintaining borders when painting
Double-sided (adhesive on both sides): This tape is
perfect for any job where two surfaces need to be joined,
but you prefer not to use glue, (either for convenience, or
for situations of tape is needed). Double-sided tape is good
for mending book spines, holding photos in mounted frames,
and repairing dried out wallpaper edges.
Insulating (wraps around electrical cords): Insulating
tape is good for temporarily repairing worn electrical corde,
but should not be used on severed cords where wires are exposed
- these should always be replaced.
Clear Adhesive (transparent adhesive tape on a roll):
This tape has no major uses, but 101 minor ones from mending
rips in paper to securing; packages.
Carpet tape (very strong double sided tape) Carpet
tape fixes carpet and vinyl to the floor. It is available
with permanent or temporary adhesion.
