We have each system available and endeavour
always to use the correct equipment for each job.
Some jobs dictate that we dry clean e.g. coir jute antique rugs
and delicate fitted carpets some dictate that we use a more
robust system e.g. industrial carpets. We generally advise on
which type of system to expect before we start however our cleaners
are expert and will make a decision based on your needs.

We supply an all purpose spotting kit which can be used safely
with most household stains. Other products are available in
department stores and hardware stores which are specifically
designed for stain removal on carpets. Be very careful as there
is always a temptation to over treat marks and stains and this
can sometimes cause minor bleaching.
